improved sleep spell for players, it puts them into REM and allows them to not have to wait for the first tick in sleep to staet getting higher regen %

Allow for pieces of gear to add or subtract from "racial sneakiness" for mob-agro choices. Glowing clanky armor makes you noticeable, while concealed/invis cloth might make you a little more sneaky.

Add a racial to Ents that make them regen slightly faster when the sun is out (reverse nosun)

Bladedancers should get something more after hero 101 other than catch weapon. Perhaps a critical strike skill similar to monks' golden strike, or a spell that let's them use their knowledge of blade fighting to sense when an opponent they're fighting (that's wielding a bladed weapon) is about to attack, increasing the BLD's chance to dodge/parry

lower the level at which a trainer will give prestige information to a character. esp. for higher level chars it's painful to have to get to 30 to find out if you can't become a given prc

the whole system with prc classes is really confusing, as to who can or cannot become one.. even if you get to lvl 30 and a trainer, it's hard to decipher what they tell you. there should be a much more clear way of understanding this
