If this is even doable. Poison that reduces a mob's level by 1. Stackable poison, limited however to 2 doses on a given target. Currently can only see this giving players the ability for their spells/skills to work more effectively on high level mobs.

would be more sensible to do via save vs mod once this is reviewed then.

blindness affect: directed spell damage disablement. when blinded, mobs and players both would lose the ability to use, or weaken their directed spell damage. Mobs would have to switch to area attacks, players would as well or cure blindness first. Program cure blind for mobs?

good thought, needs a few failsaves. Level 4.

Pgems. Maybe for whatever tier pgems.. instead of a full pgem, shards of a gem can be issued. (in whatever fashion you choose) The benefit to this: More "prizes" to go around, and it makes pgems at least hero level, quite rare.

sprites are nofail....this should pass on to surge and we shouldn't be able to fail surge. sprites have it hard enough, and failing surge essentially means we die

surge is no spell. Sprites got a decent amount of upsides. Surge fail only is especially problematic if you solo. Not going to go out of our way to support soloing.

More mobs should give off death cry echos. To which I'd suggest a skill to have a spec much like the wastesweeper spec to track a mob that lets out a death cry. Why? Because next suggestion would be a "silent kill" type skills. This is where strangling a victim could make a useful skill. Prevents a deathcry which prevents mobs of these specs tracking a party.

make racial fly time relative to size of race. sprites should be able to fly longer than dragons, not the other way around

they are also more flittery and use up their strength by doing pointless loops all the time.

A config toggle that disallows contributing to a channel if you have the channel off. For example, if herochat off, you cannot herochat by typing >embarassing_mc_message, but must turn it back on with > or chan +hero first
