Since you're unable to rescue while under the effects of fear, a way to counteract the effects of fear would be nice. Spell name Courage or something similar, Psi spell. When cast it removes the effects of fear on the target, does nothing if the target isn't affected by fear. a gag skill for rogues - works to prevent mobs from calling for help, such as citizens (so the player will not be outlawed), the mob will attack the player, and if the player flees, then they will be outlawed as the mob has time to remove the gag

playing a duer and just seems that cons outweigh pros. How about an interesting bonus like slight psi resistance (duer are usually supposed to have this due to their long history as mindflayer slaves in the past).Just a thought .Keep up the good work guys!

Remove the practice point boon leaders gain for groupies leveling at lord. Currently it seems to cause more strife and discontent as an incentive for people to lead.

In help powerlevel, put in a line at the end which is "Powerleveling is not a suggested method to level with, as it downgrades important things that you learn at the later levels, which may go unnoticed." or similar to it...why? I don't know, just an idea that passed through my head. :)

The room 2w of here has a problem with the east exit - namely that it the east exit is always open, despite it being a gate from the other side. Mobs wander through and can't wander back, leaving rather a lot of mobs in one room

Instead of the current system, where it shows up as XXX Hero on the groupscreen, why not keep the lowmort system of class, and show the tier by changing the type of brackets around it? IE: ( 49 Cle ) for lowmort, 167 Rog for hero, and {338 Mag } for lord?

gear bug surfaced: inv containns white jumpsuit container, intended to be worn on body; command wear jumpsuit yields "You are not carrying a jump." or "You are not carrying a jumpsuit." ... even though exa jump and exa jumpsuit give contents of container.

'imbue armor' or perhaps a better name, adds saving throw to an item. Tests vs AC and Save to determine chance of enchantment, so high ac gear is hard to add saving throw to. -3 for a 'brill', -2 for a normal enchant.

you can't nest aliases because they (usually) aren't mud commands. but if you have a mud command as an alias (ie pick) it calls the alias instead of the actual command. is this intentional?

When Foci is dispelled, the placeholder verb doesn't get dispelled when the other spells do, and unless I have to cast dispel magic 30 times to get rid of foci multiple times, shouldn't dispel magic clear it too? The problem for foci being there is that you can't foci that person again until it wears off.

Phantasm spell- When you die, you are given 10 ticks of this spell giving you fly, pass door, movehide, and invis, as if ghostly. Config +/- phantasm to turn on or off. Upside: easier for newb to cr themselves Downside: will screw up casting macros over it so less heroes use it. Geared to making newb lives easier/more self sufficient. Characters should be created with it turned on.

Mobs that attack you with spells, the lines are yellow coloured. Mob melee attacks are red coloured. Player attacking mobs are yellow coloured. Going with the "good guys are yellow, bad guys are red" could we not make mobs frying-you-spell attacks red too? or maybe a different colour other than yellow? just for clarity of reading

How about a command (or skill) that lets you expend practice points in an attempt to raise the % practice of skills and/or spells? The chance would be random, and the more pracs you spend, the higher that chance is.

ok, praps that wasn't a particularly helpful comment. What perhaps I should suggest is that perhaps the damage code should be looked at to ensure that the flattening off of damage isn't so obviously severe, else, what point is there for winning imm frenzies, and creating good gear?

karmic chain - after being cast on an item, if that item is later detonated, the detonating mob (or player) takes damage in relation to the item's level, possibly give it the same limitation as spiritlink...removing the gear ends the affect.
