have spec_guild_guard check both level AND rogue lore when considering whether or not to blackjack. a character must both have rogue lore and be the same level or greater than the guild guard to successfully countersign.

allows heros to delete .. saves perhaps current events from occuring again, why> well end of the day if someone has a hissyfit and deletes in anger, then they should just be able to deal with it, this is a mud for all ages, and perhaps even have something togglable at hero saying if we delete its our fault not the imms ..

If it were up to me, sure. People don't beg me to get undeleted however. Those who get begged don't like to be bothered...hence the non-option.

i have a wonderful idea for a new spell or skill, think about how outlaws irl and in dungeons and dragons and other games like this can disguise themselves, the skill/spell would allow the player to make it look as though they wernt an outlaw to a shopkeep or a guard but it wouldnt work to well on mobs higher level than you

it would be neat if the rescue command could be used to rescue said person from one particular mob aswell as every mob. So if some guy is attacked by 4 mobs you could rescue them from just one of them by typing 'rescue soandso badmobguy' could work well for dividing up the fighting if it was desired.

would be neat if when fighting you could choose which mob you were fighting rather than being stuck on one then the next etc. when fighting multiple mobs. Surely there are some mobs people would want dead ahead of other less threatening ones.

how much do you want to be hit on? The message is based on the numerical damage. They're not independently generated.

mithril arrow unused at lord afaik, I suggest moving it to hero 500, giving it a mana cost to fletch and producing unbreakable arrows for heroes I am not really aware if they pierce or not.

in help sharpen "Dulling may also remove enchants that have been placed;upon the weapon prior to it being sharpened." this is not true.

Dawiz needs to investigate. Maybe this is a coding oversight.

when you you cast invis on yourself you get the following messages: "You fade out of existence." & "You shimmer and fade out of existence." seams kind of repeditive to me SerpWAR et alts *smile*

It is redundent. Level 2. Eliminate one of the messages. Problem the one within the spell isn't necessary if self.

lowmorts should get 0 exp when grouped with heroes, this trend of plvlers is ruining the lowmort game for newer people. Its no wonder everyone asks for plvls they can't get groups because everyone has some friend zoomin em through the lvls.

since 'help sor' says that sors 'dabble in the undead'.. have a spell to raise a mob corpse for a set amount of ticks (5?)! This might be useful for immolation, but doesn't allow enough time to abuse the "charmie" for portal points or other things.

might not be something that is willing to do but how about this. Your fighting skills decress as your hp go down.

Dawiz likes that idea. Maybe if you are lower than 20% health. I'd be hesitant to code that. Aggressive could be 10% and AGGIE_ALL are insane and don't get affected.

since lords tend to die much more often than heros, as well as do they tend to get less exp per run, and as such level up much slower I thought it might be nice if lords had a chance to gain back a stat loss due to death every 5 levels instead of every 10 levels. Esp as your tnl raises with higher levels

Hero+ chars should drain experience from lowmorts. Too many players are coming to hero with no idea how to run in a group due to pleveling.

sure. Consider it coded. There is a steep exp degrading curve now with a complete drop if 25 level difference. Equal levels will not notice a difference.

Class specific special ability of use every day or 24 game hours. A special attack like 'Flaming Will' for psionicists or 'Disemboweling Cut' for warriors or 'Critical Stab' for rogues, etc. Modifier something like Strength multiplied by Wisdom? Something completely separate from other classes which will probably be forgotten about until the PC gets in a lot of trouble or angry at a mob. Something there

one hand style. Monk 999 hero or lord skill. monk forgoes all attacks and blocks higher than normal. any attack that does get through does 20% more damage than normal. purely defensive skill
