Occasionally, you may encounter issues with your character where you find that
skills and spells do not work or your stats are significantly lower than normal
for your race and class.
It is possible to ask us to check this out for you and if we find that there is
a genuine issue then we will do what we can to resolve your issue.
It may be that your character has lower stats than others with the same race
and class but still falls within expected variations for that race and class
combination, in which case you will not be eligible for a fix.
Please be aware that this is only for character specific issues like broken stats or death count not resetting after remort etc
It is not intended to be and should not be used as a mechanism for complaining about code changes to races, classes, skills and spells. You should read and follow the instructions in the section on 'Address a Game Change'.
We require the following information:
- Name of affected character
- Details of what happened to character
- Suggested solution to fix broken character
Our coders may require additional information so please expect to be asked further questions if required.
Bugs which do not affect only a specific character or characters should be submitted via the 'bug' command, or the appropriate mailing list or forum.
