Sometimes, for various reasons you may wish to ask for your character's pfile to be rolled back.
However, these are not done on a whim and you must provide a good reason for asking us to roll back your pfile. We reserve the right to deny requests that we deem to be frivolous.
Unless the requirement for the pfile rollback is due to a system problem, we limit each character to a single rollback.
We require the following information when considering pfile rollback requests:
- Character name
- Reason why you want the pfile rolled back
- Idea of the timescale that we need to roll back to if your request is granted.
